On occasion it can take longer due to reasons out of our control, such as your location, Public Holidays, customs, the courier service. All duties and taxes applied by recipients country are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
By choosing free untracked shipping to Rest of World, you accept that it is at your own risk, and you understand there will be no visibility of where your package is during the delivery process, nor where it is if it not delivered to you or takes longer than the expected time delivery time frame. We highly recommend adding tracking to your service.

Although all orders are dispatched within the same or next business day, sometimes the tracking number provided by Aus Post will present as invalid as they have not yet, or correctly entered your tracking details into the Aus Post tracking system. Please be assured your tracking number is valid. Unfortunately we don't know anything more than you do when this happens, but you may contact Aus Post for further information.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, email us at email@example.com as soon as identified to change address. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates only accept shipments labelled with a P.O. Box address.
